Outsource manual tasks! It automatically distributes payslips, bonus statements, withholding tax certificates, and other documents via the web. View and download freely! Employees can view and download documents on PCs and mobile devices. What is @Tovas? It is a cloud service provided by Kokuyo Co., Ltd. for sending and receiving form data (PDF, CSV, etc.). Employees can receive electronic copies of payslips and withholding tax certificates in a more "safe, easy, and reliable" manner. In collaboration with SMILE, it offers "private mailbox delivery."
